This build is very good for dealing with Cyrodiil’s lag on the Playstation platform. Not having to bar swap to heal provides soooo much more security. Reaving Blows provides a lot of healing with your Flame of Oblivion Spam, Quick Cloak ticks, and Trickery which allows you to stay in the fight longer.
