This build is very good for dealing with Cyrodiil’s lag on the Playstation platform. Not having to bar swap to heal provides soooo much more security.

This build uses NO MYTHICS, say no to PAY-TO-WIN. OK I guess it does use a DLC set... but hey, If you're into brawling this build takes a beating and boost all damage.
